Because of the speed orders are processed, we do not allow cancellations of orders once they have been printed.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we will not issue refunds for the following, but not limited to:

• The customer ordered the wrong size
• The customer purchased by mistake
• The customer no longer needs/wants the item
• The item arrived too late
